Daily Fees

In addition to the Accommodation Fees/Deposits, the following daily fees may apply:
- Basic Daily Fee: This is set by Government (indexed each March and September) and is applicable to ALL residents. It is currently set at $53.56.
- Means Tested Care Fee: A Government fee that MAY apply depending on your income and assets.
- Additional Services: A fee that may be applicable if residents elect to take up packages/services designed to add a little additional luxury.
